Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of 12Astral, a service operated by PARA EL ALMA LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87110, United States (“PARA EL ALMA,” “12Astral,” “we,” “us” or “our”). For questions about these Terms, contact soporte@paraelalma.co.

By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use 12Astral.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use 12Astral. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information, safeguarding access to your account and all activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

Service and reports

12Astral provides tools that process information to generate astrological reports and related materials. Reports may include automated and artificial-intelligence-assisted content. The service is a production platform; it is not a white-label platform. You may personalize, edit, present and resell the final reports under your own business and brand, subject to these Terms.

Credits, payments and pricing

The service operates through credits. A credit balance is consumed when a report is generated according to the product and rate shown at the time of purchase or use. Prices, product availability and credit requirements may change prospectively. Payment is processed through payment-service providers; 12Astral does not store complete payment-card details.

Purchased credits do not expire. Complimentary, promotional or courtesy credits may have an expiry date or conditions communicated with the promotion. Credits are non-transferable except where we expressly enable it.

Final purchases and technical failures

Credit purchases are final and are not refundable. If a verified technical failure attributable to 12Astral prevents a report from being generated after credits were consumed, we may restore the affected credits. This remedy is a restoration of credits, not a monetary refund, and may require reasonable information to verify the incident.

Your business and end customers

You independently determine your offering, price, communications, commercial terms and relationship with your end customers. You are solely responsible for marketing, selling, delivering and supporting the reports you provide, as well as for applicable taxes, consumer obligations and any claims involving your customers.

The final report generated for your use belongs to you, subject to the rights of third parties and these Terms. You may edit, brand and resell it. PARA EL ALMA LLC retains all rights in 12Astral, its software, workflows, interfaces, designs, trademarks, names, documentation and underlying materials. You may not present yourself as 12Astral, register or use confusingly similar marks, or remove proprietary notices where they appear.

Astrology, AI and review

Astrology and automated interpretations are provided for informational, creative and entertainment purposes. They do not guarantee events, outcomes or accuracy and are not professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, emergency or other high-impact advice.

You must review each report before delivering it to an end customer and use your own judgment regarding its suitability, wording and presentation. Do not use the service to make or support decisions that could materially affect a person’s health, safety, legal rights, employment, housing, credit, insurance, education or access to essential services.

Prohibited uses and third-party data

You may not use 12Astral unlawfully; infringe rights; transmit harmful code; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with the service; reverse engineer except where law cannot prohibit it; scrape or extract the service at scale; or use the reports to deceive, harass, discriminate against or harm others.

When you submit information about another person, including birth or relationship information, you represent that you have the necessary authorization to provide it and to request the report. Avoid submitting sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the requested report and you have a lawful basis or appropriate consent to do so.

Availability, suspension and deleted content

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders or legal compliance. The service may be unavailable from time to time. You are responsible for keeping copies of reports and materials you need; we do not promise recovery of deleted content.

Liability and indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 12Astral and PARA EL ALMA LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, end-customer claims or reliance on reports. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless PARA EL ALMA LLC and its personnel from claims, losses and expenses arising from your use of the service, your reports, your brand, your end customers, data you provide, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

Changes, account deletion and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by writing to soporte@paraelalma.co; obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive will continue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in New Mexico will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
